This past months I have realized the world is the most fantastic place you can imagine. Everything is good and peaceful when you start to feel with the heart and see with the soul, a path that have had given me true happiness.   It started the first time I believe in me, when I reach for the goal of health. The first day I throw away all my fears and I come back to the gym, was the first time feeling tired and muscle pain is a blessing. You feel a new energy when you start exercise, like everything is possible because you are a strong, independent and powerful women. When you do an exercise and you start to feel the pain my mind said to me “No pain no gain” a phrase that had help to push the pain away and get better in every session. Today I could do a full abdominal crunch with the AB wheel, I was smiling so much that I almost laugh; but it doesn’t matter because I was so proud of me so if I want to laugh a mad person everything will be ok. In the music video of "Make me" you could see a fun, sexy and charismatic Britney Spears having fun with their Friends while making a "Hot male audition". A very cool and nice video that as a fun lady  I love it.

Today I was feeling girly and cheesy so I try this style in my nails. It´s easy, cool and fun. First you have to get two pink tones and one gree, I prefered the vintage tones for a more femenine look. The some spots with white and the tree tones, the hearts will finish the style. 

A year ago I discover in my Cable a new and fun series “Mozart in the Jungle”. It was fantastic to watch Gael Garcia in a leading role, he is charming, eccentric and musical. The series is about the new conductor of the New York Orchestra and his path to construct a cool and modern ensemble, the discovery of a new Oboe; a chaotic and young musician that will be his assistant and a lot of unique wise symphony members. The first season ends with the Orchestra going to a possible strike, and Rodrigo kissing the young Oboe Hailey; the old maestro going to compose his unique masterpiece. In the second season Rodrigo had a musical journey with the Orchestra to pass through the contract negotiations and his feelings to Hailey. It’s fantastic to see his charisma, cute narcissism and love to the power of music, the delicate path of sound. Hailey became the first Oboe, kiss Rodrigo, had sex a lot and end this season with the young and new villain of the series. The symphony family...
